摘　　要：随着社会的不断发展,食物也逐渐呈现艺术化。新食物文化出现,不可避免的与过去的传统饮食文化相互碰撞,食品艺术化带来的新旧文化的融合与互斥,会推动新时代饮食文化的进步。本文浅述了艺术食品化的存在和发展规律,阐明了食品艺术发展过程中的新形式及出现的问题。With the continuous development of society,food has gradually become artistic.The emergence of new food culture will inevitably collide with the traditional food culture of the past.The integration and mutual exclusion of the old and new cultures brought about by the artisticization of food will promote the progress of the food culture in the new era.This article briefly describes the existence and development of art food,and clarifies the new forms and problems in the development of food art.
