956名职业院校医学生死亡态度及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:调查职业院校医学生的死亡态度现状及其影响因素,为职业院校开展医学生死亡教育提供参考和依据。方法:采用分层便利抽样法,抽取佛山市2所职业院校956名医学生作为研究对象,采用自行设计的一般资料调查表和死亡态度描绘量表对其进行问卷调查。结果:956名职业院校医学生的死亡态度各维度得分:自然接受(3.83±0.66)分,死亡逃避(2.91±0.73)分,死亡恐惧(2.72±0.69)分,趋近接受(2.58±0.67)分,逃离接受(2.42±0.82)分。性别、学历、年级、专业、毕业后是否从事所读专业、是否愿意照顾临终者、家庭形态、家庭讨论死亡方式、是否照顾过临终者、失去至亲经历、自觉身心状况是职业院校医学生死亡态度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:职业院校医学生的死亡态度以自然接受为主,且受到个人背景资料、专业态度、家庭情况、环境经历和身心状况等多方面因素的影响。职业院校应结合影响死亡态度的主要因素积极探索开展针对性的死亡教育,帮助医学生树立健康的生死观。Objective:To investigate the status quo of medical students′attitude towards death and its influencing factors in vocational colleges,and to provide reference and basis for the development of medical students′death education in vocational colleges.Methods:A total of 956 medical students were selected from two vocational colleges in Foshan as the research objects by using the stratified convenience sampling method.The self-designed general information questionnaire and death attitude description scale were used to investigate the students.Results:The scores of 956 medical students in various dimensions of death attitude,natural acceptance score(3.83±0.66),death avoidance score(2.91±0.73),fear of death score(2.72±0.69),approach acceptance score(2.58±0.67)and escape acceptance score(2.42±0.82).Gender,education background,grade,major,whether they were engaged in their major after graduation,whether they were willing to take care of the dying person,family form,family discussion mode of death,whether they had taken care of the dying person,the experience of losing loved ones,and the conscious physical and mental state were the influencing factors of the medical students′attitude towards death(P<0.05).Conclusions:The attitude towards death of medical students in vocational colleges was mainly natural acceptance,which were influenced by many factors such as personal background information,professional attitude,family situation,environmental experience and physical and mental condition.Vocational colleges should actively explore and carry out targeted death education in combination with the main factors affecting death attitude to help medical students to establish a healthy view of life and death.
