摘  要:基于行动研究法,并运用混合式教学法提升临床药学实习带教质量的研究与实践。研究对象为2016级临床药学专业实习学生,学生人数共计14人。通过小组讨论病例方法、现场点评文献汇报、情景模拟式药学问诊等多种形式,完成教学大纲内的实习教学任务。基于行动研究法,并运用混合式教学法提升临床药学实习带教质量的研究与实践,对学生评价结果反馈先存在的实习教学问题,完成分析反馈总结,全方面的评价实习教学完成情况,促使学生综合能力的提升,教学质量的提高。通过基于行动研究法的混合式教学法可以激发学生的学习兴趣,解决学生学习积极性不高,专业服务技能提升有限的问题。所以树立临床药学实习生的临床药学思维以及不断提高带教老师的实践教学质量是本课题所提出的解决实习问题的方式。To improve the teaching quality of clinical pharmacy practice based on action research method and hybrid teaching method.A total of 14 clinical pharmacy interns were enrolled in the study.Through group discussion case method,on-the-spot review literature report,scenario simulation pharmaceutical consultation and other forms,the internship teaching tasks in the syllabus were completed.Based on the action research method,and the use of hybrid teaching method to improve the quality of clinical pharmacy practice teaching research and practice,the evaluation results of students feedback on the preexisting practice teaching problems,complete the analysis of feedback summary,all aspects of the evaluation of internship teaching,promote the improvement of students'Comprehensive ability and teaching quality.The m ixed teaching method based on action research method can stimulate students'interest in learning and solve the problems of students'low learning enthusiasm and limited improvement of professional service skills.Therefore,to set up the clinical pharmacy thinking of clinical pharmacy interns and continuously improve the quality of practical teaching of teachers are the ways to solve practical problems.
