高职院校创新创业教育与专业教育融合的路径研究

摘　　要：创新创业教育融入专业教育,是高职教育改革的必然趋势,是高职院校人才培养质量提升的关键一环。当前,高职院校在创新创业教育与专业教育的融合过程中还面临着思想理念存在误区、课程体系设置与人才培养目标存在差距、师资力量单一匮乏等问题。因此,必须在人才培养理念、课程体系设置、师资队伍建设等方面有所突破和创新。The integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education into professional education is an inevitable trend of higher vocational education reform,and is a key part of improving the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.At present,higher vocational colleges are still facing problems in the process of integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education,such as misunderstandings in ideological concepts,gaps between curriculum system settings and talent cultivating goals,and the insufficient teachers.Therefore,it is necessary to make breakthroughs and innovations in talent training concepts,curriculum system settings and teaching staff building.
