摘　　要：高校思政课的理论教学质量是高校立德树人的生命线,是理论育人的关键点。全面提升课程教学质量既是一项系统工程,又是一项十分重要的基础工程。高校思政课理论教学质量提升工程中的课堂建设环节,迄今尚未引起各方面足够关注。没有一个优良的高校思政课课堂,绝不会有一流的高校思政课理论教学质量,而一个优良的高校思政课课堂不会自然而然的出现,必须要有一个扎扎实实建设过程。建设的逻辑必须是以高度的认识为前提,以主要原则为指导,以基本的实施方案作为落脚点。The theoretical teaching quality of ideological and political courses in universities is the lifeline of the morality education of universities and the key point of theoretical education.Comprehensively improving the quality of course teaching is not only a systematic project,but also a very important basic project.The classroom construction in the theoretical teaching quality improvement project of ideological and political courses in universities has not attracted enough attention from all aspects so far.Without quality college ideological and political class,there will never be first-class college ideological and political theory teaching quality.A good college ideological and political class will not appear naturally,because there must be a solid construction process.The logic of construction must be based on a high level of understanding,guided by the main principles,and based on the basic implementation plan.
