摘　　要：“大类招生、分流培养”是高等教育人才培养的一次创新改革,符合时代发展需要和经济社会对人才的需求。文中对应用型本科院校实施“大类招生、分流培养”的人才培养模式可行性进行了理论分析和方案设计,并以吉林工程技术师范学院工商管理大类专业为试点进行了实践研究与探索,为应用型本科院校教育教学改革提供有价值的参考。“General Enrollment and Diversified Education”is an innovative reform of talent cultivation in higher education,which meets the needs of the development of the times and the needs of the economy and society for talents.In the paper below,a practical study was made of the reform of pilot specialty of business administration in Jilin Engineering Normal University on the basis of an theoretical analysis and programmatic design of the mode in application-oriented universities,which will provide references of values for the universities of the same type in educational and teaching reform.
