论开放大学在线研究生教育的必要性与可行性

摘　　要：国内开放大学开展在线研究生教育的必要性在于:教育信息化高速发展,在线教育教学得到高度关注和倡导;全国硕士招生规模扩大,研究生教育成为国家竞争重要支柱;开放大学研究生教育起航,加快完善终身教育体系构建步伐;在线教学模式改革深化,保障疫情常态化下研究生教育公平;推动在线研究生教育已成为开放大学内涵式发展的应然选择。开展在线研究生教育的可行性在于:政府宏观政策引导,在线教育成果研究生教育创新发展新路向;已有实践经验启示,为开放大学在线研究生教育提供模式借鉴;我国开放大学试点成果显著,正逐渐满足在线研究生教育举办条件。The necessity of carrying out online postgraduate education in open universities in China lies in the following aspects:the rapid development of education informatization,the high attention and advocacy of online education and teaching;the expansion of the national master's enrollment scale,the postgraduate education has become an important pillar of national competition;the postgraduate education of Open University has set sail to speed up the construction of lifelong education system;the reform of online teaching mode has been deepened to ensure the quality of online education Under the normalization of the epidemic situation,postgraduate education is fair;promoting online graduate education has become the inevitable choice for the connotative development of open universities.The feasibility of carrying out online graduate education lies in the following aspects:the government's macro policy guidance,the innovation and development direction of online graduate education results;the existing practical experience and enlightenment,which provide model reference for online graduate education of Open University;the pilot results of Open University in China are remarkable,which are gradually meeting the requirements of online graduate education.
