摘　　要：黄炎培是中国近代教育家群体中崇尚知行统一、注重职业教育调查、一贯坚持调查且调查成果十分显著的创新型教育家。调查研究是黄炎培观察民国教育问题、探索职业教育发展规律的有效方法,也是其职业教育思想产生与发展的基础。发展职业教育需要继承黄炎培务求实际、理必求真的精神。Huang Yanpei is an innovative educator who advocates the unity of knowledge and practice,pays attention to the investigation of vocational education,and always adheres to the investigation with remarkable results.Investigation and research is an effective method for Huang Yanpei to observe the educational problems of the Republic of China and explore the development law of vocational education,and it is also the basis for the emergence and development of his vocational education thought.The development of vocational education needs to inherit the investigation spirit of seeking reality and truth of Huang Yanpei.
