高职会展学生职业素养提升路径探究

摘　　要：职业素养教育是新时代高职院校必须重视的教育使命。文章从职业技能、职业道德、职业意识和职业行为习惯四个方面诠释会展职业素养的内涵,分析会展职业素养的专业性、实践性和综合性。由此提出以课程体系、项目活动及校企合作为载体,从基础实训、综合实训、社会实践三个阶段嬗变式提升会展学生职业素养的路径。The paper interprets the connotation of exhibition professional accomplishment from four aspects---professional skill,professional ethics,professional consciousness,professional behavior habit,and analyzes its professionalism,practicality and comprehensiveness.Based on the curriculum system,project activities and cooperation between schools and enterprises,the paper proposes a new way to improve the professional quality of exhibition students in vocational colleges from three stages:basic training,comprehensive training and social practice.
