摘  要:《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》是国家对合格幼儿园教师专业素质的基本要求。为测评幼儿园教师专业发展水平,可基于该标准编制幼儿园教师专业发展调查问卷。以《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》的3个“维度”为一级指标,14个“领域”为二级指标,以62项“基本要求”设计初始问卷。选取江西省4个地市629位幼儿园教师进行问卷调查,对调查数据进行项目分析、信度与效度检验后形成最终问卷。研究结果表明,幼儿园教师专业发展问卷由两级指标和68个项目构成;问卷信效度指标良好,可以作为测量幼儿园教师专业发展的有效工具。The Kindergarten Teachers'Professional standards(For Trial Implementation)are basic demands for qualified kindergarten teachers in China.For measuring kindergarten teachers'development of profession,we prepare a questionnaire of kindergarten teachers'professional development according to The Kindergarten Teachers'Professional standards(For Trial Implementation).First,we take three“dimensions”of The Kindergarten Teachers'Professional standards(For Trial Implementation)as the first level indicators and 14“areas”as the second level indicators,design the initial questionnaire with 62“basic requirements”.Second,we survey 629 preschool teachers in Jiang'xi province and get survey data.Then,we make project analysis,confidence and effective tests about the data to prepare a final questionnaire.The results show that the questionnaire includes two-stage indicators and 68 problems.The confidence and efficiency indicators are good.The questionnaire can be made an effective instrument for measuring preschool teachers'professional development.
