摘　　要：在供给侧改革背景下,基于系统化思想和理念,研究铁路高职院校与铁路运输企业如何高度对接、深度融合,淡化校企界面,淡化学历教育与职工教育、员工培训界面,探索和创新新形势下校企合作的机制、途径与方法。Under the background of supply-side reform,based on systematic ideas and concepts,this paper studies how Railway Higher Vocational Colleges and railway transportation enterprises are highly connected and deeply integrated,and how to dilute the school enterprise interface,academic education and staff education,staff training interface,and explore and innovate the mechanism,ways and methods of school enterprise cooperation under the new situation.
