高职院校“学分银行”认证机制构建探索

摘　　要：高职院校开展“学分银行”建设,需要按照国家职教政策规定,从学分银行中学分测算的课时维度和学分内涵成效维度,厘清“学分银行”项目的赋分依据,落实职业教育课程学分转换制度,构建校企合作学分认证制度,优化行业专业组织学分衔接制度,明确科技成果的学分替换制度,形成系统化的学分银行管理配套制度,科学设计学分银行认证机制,推动学分银行中学分的认证、积累与转化,推动落实学分银行顺利运行,为高职院校推动教育管理提质培优、提升内涵探索新的有效途径。To carry out the construction of credit bank,higher vocational colleges should follow the national vocational education policy,clarify the basis of“credit granting”from the dimensions of class hour and credit connotation,implement the credit transfer system of vocational education curriculum,construct school-enterprise cooperation credit certification system,optimize industry-professional organization credit connection system,define scientific and technological achievements credit replacement system,form systematic credit bank management supporting system,promote the development of science and technology design credit bank certification mechanism,so as to promote the quality and connotation of education management for higher vocational colleges.
