摘 要:目的调查教学医院中实施护理本科全程教学模式下学生满意度现状,旨在提高护理本科全程教学的教育质量。方法采用整群抽样方法,以班级为单位选取本校一个2016级护理本科班级为对照组,在某三级甲等综合医院学习的2016级护理本科全程班为全程组,每组30人,采用"本科教学满意度调查问卷"对学生满意度进行问卷调查。比较两组学生的满意度情况。结果全程组在教学内容、教学形式、教学资源、教学管理、教学效果和总体满意度得分均高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程组学生对护理本科全程教学的满意度较高,教学质量得到充分保障。Objective To investigate the status quo of student’s satisfaction under the whole course of nursing teaching model implemented in teaching hospitals,aiming to improve the educational quality of the full-course nursing teaching.Methods The cluster sampling method was adopted.A 2016 undergraduate nursing class in our school was selected as a control group based on the class unit,and the 2016 undergraduate nursing class studied in a tertiary A general hospital was used as a whole group,with 30 students in each group."Undergraduate teaching satisfaction survey questionnaire"was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on student satisfaction in order to compare the satisfaction of the two groups of students.Results The scores of teaching content,teaching form,teaching resources,teaching management,teaching ef fect and overall satisfaction of the whole group were higher than those of the control group,and the dif ferences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The students in the whole course group were more satisfied with the whole course of nursing undergraduate teaching,and the teaching quality was fully guaranteed.
