摘 要:学习动机是影响学习行为和学习效果的重要因素,了解在线课程学习动机及其影响因素,有助于根据学习者的选择偏好和行为特征提供适切的服务.基于现有学习动机相关问卷,通过开放式访谈、专家征询、问卷设计、信效度检验等步骤生成在线课程学习动机调查量表,结合人口统计学信息、学习行为、用户体验等信息进行调查统计,分析了在线课程学习动机概况,探讨了学习动机影响因素以及在线课程视觉特征、可用性和支持服务对学习动机类别和学习动机的强化、迁移的预测作用,为优化在线课程资源和服务、强化在线课程学习动机提供参考.Learning motivation is an important factor affecting learning behavior and learning effect. Understanding online course learning motivation and its influencing factors will help to provide appropriate services according to learners’ choice preference and behavior characteristics. Based on the existing learning motivation questionnaire, the online course learning motivation survey scale is generated through open interview, expert consultation, questionnaire design, reliability and validity test and other steps. Combined with demographic information, learning behavior, user experience and other information, the online course learning motivation survey is analyzed, and the influencing factors of learning motivation and online course vision are discussed. The results show that features, availability and support services can predict the types, the reinforcement and transfer of learning motivation, and provide reference for optimizing online course resources and services and strengthening online course learning motivation.
