摘  要:江苏省连云港、盐城、宿迁和徐州四市八所五年制高职院校教师的工作满意度、社会支持的测量结果显示,五年制高职教师工作满意度总体水平高于临界值,教师的工作满意度处于中等水平;社会支持总体得分与国内常模存在着非常显著的差异,教师的社会支持总体水平不高;工作满意度与社会支持总体之间呈非常显著的正相关;社会支持对工作满意度有预测作用,社会支持是影响其工作满意度的重要因素,社会支持在一定程度上可以预测其工作满意度的程度。The measurement results of social support and teachers’job satisfaction in eight five-year vocational colleges in Lianyungang,Yancheng,Suqian and Xuzhou,Jiangsu Province show that the overall level of teachers'job satisfaction in five-year vocational colleges is higher than the marginal value,and teachers’job satisfaction is at a medium level.There is a significant difference between the overall score of social support and the domestic norm,and the overall level of teachers’social support is not high.The job satisfaction was of greatly positive relevance to social support.Social support has a predictive effect on job satisfaction,which is an important factor affecting job satisfaction.Social support can predict the degree of job satisfaction to a certain extent.
