摘  要:随着酒店行业的快速发展,酒店业的竞争日益激烈。高校是专业人才培养的重要阵地,也是培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人这一问题的主要破题者。以"宴会设计与管理"课程为例,基于线上线下混合式教学,探索酒店管理专业课程与思政教育有机融合的方法与途径,实现学生思政素养与专业技能的同步提升,达成课程教育智育、德育目标,同时也为其他专业类课程提供一定参考与借鉴。With the rapid development of hotel industry,competition is increasingly fierce.Colleges and uni-versities,which play an important role in the cultivation of professional talents,have to figure out the answersto the following questions:what kind of professional talents to cultivate?How to cultivate them?For whom tocultivate these talents?Taking the course of Banquet Design and Management as an example,drawing on expe-riences in online and offline blended teaching,this paper explores ways to integrate hotel management profes-sional courses with ideological and political education,so as to realize the synchronous improvement ofstudents’ideological and political literacy and professional skills,achieve the goal of curriculum education,in-tellectual education and moral education.It is hoped that the findings may provide future reference for otherprofessional courses.
