摘  要:目的探究小讲课护理教学法在妇产科临床带教中的应用与效果。方法将2018年6月—2019年6月间在该院妇产科实习的40名护生作为研究对象,根据实施的教学方法为分组依据分为对照组(实施传统临床带教方法)与观察组(实施小讲课护理教学法)。教学完成后,对比两组护生的考评总成绩以及带教总满意度。结果观察组的考评成绩较对照组明显更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,观察组护生的带教满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科临床带教采用小讲课护理教学法进行带教,能够有效提高护生的考评总成绩以及带教满意度,值得在临床中推广。Objective To explore the application and effect of small lecture nursing teaching method in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019 taking 40 nursing students who have recently practiced in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the hospital as research objects.According to the teaching methods implemented as the grouping basis,the included nursing students are divided into a control group(implementing traditional clinical teaching methods)and an observation group(implementing small lecture nursing teaching method).After the teaching was completed,compared the total assessment scores of the two groups of nursing students and the total satisfaction of the teachers.Results The evaluation scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the nursing students'satisfaction with teaching in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology,the small-lecture nursing teaching method can be used to effectively improve the overall scores of the nursing students and the satisfaction of the teaching,and it is worthy of promotion in the clinic.
