摘  要:目的探讨中西医结合肿瘤教学中实施以问题为导向的教学方法(PBL)和以授课为基础的教学方法(LBL)双轨教学法的作用效果。方法分析对象为2018年9月—2020年6月来院实习的80名学生,经随机数字表法分为常态组(n=40)和干预组(n=40),其中常态组学生行LBL教学,干预组学生行PBL和LBL双轨教学法。对比两组学生学习积极性、对教学模式的认可度以及各项表现。结果干预组学生学习兴趣、信息检索、语言表达、解决问题、团队合作均高于常态组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组学生学习积极性(97.50%)高于常态组(85.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组对教学模式的认可度评分高于常态组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中西医结合肿瘤教学中应用PBL和LBL双轨教学法能够提高学生学习积极性,提高学生信息检索、语言表达、解决问题、团队合作能力。Objective To discuss the effect of the dual-track teaching method of the problem-oriented teaching method(PBL)and the lecture-based teaching method(LBL)in the integrated Chinese and Western medicine on tumor teaching.Methods The object of analysis was 80 students who came to the college for internship from September 2018 to June 2020.They were divided into a normal group(n=40)and an intervention group(n=40)by a random number table.The students in the normal group were taught by LBL and the intervention group students follow the PBL and LBL dual-track teaching method.Compared the two groups of students'learning enthusiasm,recognition of the teaching mode,and various performances.Results The learning interest,information retrieval,language expression,problem solving,and teamwork of the intervention group students were higher than the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the learning motivation of the intervention group(97.50%)was higher than that of the normal group(85.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the intervention group's recognition score of the teaching mode was higher than that of the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL and LBL dual-track teaching methods in tumor teaching of integrated Chinese and Western medicine can improve students'learning enthusiasm,improve students'information retrieval,language expression,problem-solving,and teamwork abilities.
