摘  要:目前,现代学徒制在国内受到了广泛关注,其能够从培养规律上满足职业教育所提出的要求,因此,许多职业院校加大了试点工作力度。现代学徒制在实施阶段出现了诸如企业师资力量不足、年龄结构不合理、选拔标准不清晰、质量保障机制补不健全等各种问题。为了提高现代学徒制培养质量,从现状出发,分析了企业师傅在现代学徒制人才培养中的重要作用和意义,对企业师傅的能力和素质体系进行了标准构建,并提出了“双导师”培养途径与优化策略,以供参考。At present,the modern apprenticeship system has been widely concerned in China,which can meet the requirements of vocational education from the training law;so many vocational schools have increased the pilot work.In the implementation stage of modern apprenticeship system,there are many problems,such as the shortage of teachers in enterprises,unreasonable age structure,unclear selection criteria,imperfect quality assurance mechanism and so on.In order to improve the quality of modern apprenticeship training,this paper,starting from the present situation,analyzes the important role and significance of the enterprise master in the training of modern apprenticeship talents,and constructs the standard system of the ability and quality of the enterprise master,the paper also puts forward the ways of training"double tutors"and the optimization strategy for reference.
