摘　　要：交流互通,语言先行。要了解一个国家最好先学会这个国家的语言。生活在当今世界“地球村”中的人们,对于休戚与共的“邻里”关系,有着越来越切身的感受。不同文化背景的人们能否在这人类共有的唯一家园中和谐共处,携手解决关系人类生存的一系列问题,很大程度上取决于我们能否有效地进行交流并逐步相互理解。新时代下,国际间交流日益频繁,文化融合程度不断加深,新时代赋予了教师更高的地位、更多的含义,同时伴随着的是责任和义务。针对目前高校英语中存在的问题,高校教师应加强自身专业建设,转变教学理念,调整教学方法,提升教学手段,以满足国际化教学整体水平发展的需要。Communication gives priority to language.In order to fully understand a country,you’d better learn its language first.People living in the“global village”of today’s world have more and more personal feelings about the“neighborhood”relationship.People from different cultural backgrounds can coexist harmoniously in this unique homeland shared by mankind and work together to solve a series of problems.Based on effective communication and deep understanding each other,these problems are related to human survival.In the new era,international exchanges are increasingly frequent,and the degree of cultural integration is deepening.Teachers are endowed with higher status and more meanings,accompanied by responsibilities and obligations.In view of the existing problems in college English,college teachers should strengthen their own professional construction,change teaching ideas,adjust teaching methods,and improve teaching methods,so as to meet the needs of the overall development of international teaching.
