摘 要:本研究目的是寻找能提升茶多酚转化率,得到较高纯度茶多酚,并能实现工业化生产的方法。此方法是用20倍70%乙醇渗漉提取茶叶中的有效成分,并用乙酸乙酯萃取出茶多酚,最终得到含量较高的茶多酚半成品。该工艺可将茶多酚的转化率提高到83.49%,HPLC检测此半成品含量为65%,咖啡因含量为1.8%。此方法工艺简单,设备要求低,所用试剂无毒性,易回收,生产成本低。The purpose of this research is to find a method that can increase the conversion rate of tea polyphenols,obtain higher purity tea polyphenols,and realize industrial production.This method uses 20 times 70%ethanol to extract the active ingredients in the tea,and extracts the tea polyphenols with ethyl acetate,and finally obtains a semi-finished product with a higher content of tea polyphenols.This process can increase the conversion rate of tea polyphenols to 83.49%.The content of this semi-finished product is 65%and the caffeine content is 1.8%by HPLC.The method has simple process,low equipment requirements,non-toxic reagents,easy recovery,and low production cost.
