摘　　要：新时代为高职院校思想政治理论课教师提出新的要求和挑战,但高职院校思想政治理论课教师队伍却存在政治素养不硬、科研能力不强、理论功底不深、业务水平不高等问题。只有解决好这些问题,才能将思想政治理论课的育人使命落到实处。当前,强化政治意识、重视科研素养、加深思想政治理论功底、创新教学方法是全面提升高职院校思想政治理论课教师素质能力的重要途径。The new era puts forward new requirements and challenges for teachers of ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges.However,there are many problems in the teaching staff of ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges,such as weak political literacy,weak scientific research ability,low theoretical foundation and low professional level.Only by solving these problems well,can the educational mission of ideological and political theory courses be implemented.At present,strengthening political awareness,attaching importance to scientific research literacy,deepening ideological and political theory skills,and innovating teaching methods are important ways to comprehensively improve the quality and ability of teachers of ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges.
