摘 要:高质量发展对高素质技能人才培养提出了更高要求,企业运用“双元制”模式推进高素质技能人才培养,能够提前介入、更加精准对接用人需求。宝山钢铁股份有限公司借鉴国内外技能人才培养的先进做法,开展三年制高职教学班联合培养、“新型学徒制”探索,围绕一公司多基地管理模式下智慧制造、效率提升等要求,从强化顶层设计、推动学科布局、优化课程设计、创新教学管理等多方面进行优化,更好发挥“双元制”培养模式对高素质技能人才培养的推动作用,并在实践中不断完善管理,优化机制,形成了可复制、可借鉴的工作模式。High-quality development put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents.By applying the“dual system”mode to promoting the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents,enterprises can intervene in advance and their needs of personnel could be fulfilled.Baoshan Iron and Steel Co.,LTD.,with reference to advanced skills talents cultivation practices at home and abroad,has conducted a three-year higher vocational joint training classes and explored“the new apprenticeships”.Centering on the mode of“one company with multiple bases”,talent cultivation mode is optimized by strengthening the top-level design,encouraging innovation in the discipline layout,optimizing curriculum design and through teaching management optimization to respond to the demands of intelligent manufacturing,efficiency requirements.The“dual system”training mode plays a better role in promoting the training of high-quality skilled talents,and constantly improves the management and optimizes the mechanism in practice,forming a work mode that can be copied and used for reference.
