摘 要:本试验在建立缺硒大鼠模型的基础上,研究饲粮补充富硒酵母对长期缺硒和正常大鼠体内D-丝氨酸与L-丝氨酸水平的影响。将3周龄Sprague-Dawley大鼠随机分为缺硒组和正常组,分别饲喂低硒饲粮(含硒0.02 mg/kg)和正常饲粮(含硒0.18 mg/kg),饲喂期为420 d。第421天,将缺硒组大鼠分为4组:缺硒空白对照组(SD-B组,n=17)、缺硒富硒酵母低剂量组(SD-LY组,n=16)、缺硒富硒酵母中剂量组(SD-MY组,n=20)、缺硒富硒酵母高剂量组(SD-HY组,n=16)。将正常组大鼠分为2组:正常空白对照组(SS-B组,n=20)、正常富硒酵母中剂量组(SS-MY组,n=20)。SD-B组继续饲喂低硒饲粮,SD-LY、SD-MY、SD-HY组分别饲喂含0.18、0.36和0.72 mg/kg硒的富硒酵母饲粮,SS-B组继续饲喂正常饲粮,SS-MY组饲喂含0.36 mg/kg硒的富硒酵母饲粮,饲喂期为112 d。结果显示:1)缺硒60 d后,缺硒组大鼠体重显著低于正常组大鼠(P<0.05)。2)补硒112 d后,与SD-B组相比,SD-LY、SD-MY、SD-HY、SS-B、SS-MY组血浆硒水平显著升高(P<0.05);SD-LY、SD-MY、SD-HY、SS-MY组大脑皮质硒水平显著升高(P<0.05);SD-MY、SD-HY、SS-MY组小脑硒水平显著升高(P<0.05)。与SS-B组相比,SS-MY组小脑和大脑皮质硒水平显著升高(P<0.05),血浆硒水平无显著变化(P>0.05)。3)补硒112 d后,与SD-B组相比,SD-LY、SD-MY、SD-HY、SS-B和SS-MY组血浆L-丝氨酸水平显著降低(P<0.05),D-丝氨酸水平无显著变化(P>0.05);SD-LY组大脑皮质L-丝氨酸水平显著降低(P<0.05),SD-LY、SD-MY、SD-HY、SS-B和SS-MY组大脑皮质D-丝氨酸水平无显著变化(P>0.05);SD-HY组海马L-丝氨酸和D-丝氨酸水平极显著升高(P<0.01),SD-LY、SD-MY、SS-B和SS-MY组海马L-丝氨酸和D-丝氨酸水平无显著变化(P<0.05)。与SS-B组相比,SS-MY组血浆、大脑皮质和海马L-丝氨酸、D-丝氨酸水平无显著变化(P>0.05)。由此得出,饲粮补充富硒酵母显著升高大鼠长期缺硒引起的血浆硒水平下降,增加大脑皮质与小脑硒水平,�This experiment was conducted to establish a selenium(Se)-deficient rat model and investigate the effects of dietary supplemented with Se-enriched yeast(SeY)on D-serine and L-serine levels in long-term Se-deficient and normal rats.Three-week-old Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups.Rats in Se-deficient group were fed a low Se diet(0.02 mg/kg Se)and those in normal group were fed a normal diet(0.18 mg/kg Se)for 420 days.On day 421,Se-deficient rats were further divided into four groups:Se-deficient blank group(SD-B group,n=17),Se-deficient low-dose SeY-treated group(SD-LY group,n=16),Se-deficient middle-dose SeY-treated group(SD-MY group,n=20)and Se-deficient high-dose SeY-treated group(SD-HY,n=16);normal rats were further divided into two groups:normal blank group(SS-B group,n=20)and normal middle-dose SeY-treated group(SS-MY group,n=20).Rats in SD-B group still received the Se-deficient diet for 112 days.Rats in SD-LY,SD-MY and SD-HY groups were fed SeY diets with 0.18,0.36 and 0.72 mg/kg Se for 112 days,respectively.Rats in SS-B group still received the normal diet for 112 days.Rats in SS-MY group were fed the SeY diet with 0.36 mg/kg Se for 112 days.The results showed as follows:1)after 60 days of Se-deficient,the body weight of rats in the Se-deficient group was significantly lower than that in the normal group(P<0.05).2)After 112 days of supplementing Se,compared with the SD-B group,plasma Se level of rats in SD-LY,SD-MY,SD-HY,SS-B and SS-MY groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and cerebral cortex Se level in SD-LY,SD-MY,SD-HY and SS-MY groups was significantly elevated(P<0.05),and cerebellum Se level in SD-MY,SD-HY and SS-MY groups was significantly enhanced(P<0.05).Compared with the SS-B group,cerebral cortex and cerebellum Se level of rats in SS-MY group were significantly elevated(P<0.05),but plasma Se level had no significant change(P>0.05).3)After 112 days of supplementing Se,compared with the SD-B group,plasma L-serine level of rats in SD-LY,SD-MY,SD-HY,SS-B and SS-MY groups
