摘 要:小学阶段是培育儿童规则意识的关键时期,规则意识教育是小学德育的重要内容,贯穿小学德育整个阶段。《道德与法治》是儿童规则意识培育的教科书,统编版小学《道德与法治》教材在规则意识教育编写理念和编写体例方面都发生了很大变化。本文通过对统编版小学《道德与法治》教材分析,发现教材中规则意识教育以安全意识教育、纪律意识教育、秩序意识教育、环保意识教育、法律意识教育为主题内容,依据学生生活为中心,以儿童学习活动为轴线,基于儿童视角,凸显童趣性,巧用留白等为特征,根据规则意识教育内容在教材中的主题呈现和特征,进而给出厘清教材内容、落实教材“班本化”、挖掘生活资源、构建家校社协同育人机制等教学实施路径。Primary school is the key period to cultivate children’s consciousness of rules,an important content of morality education going through the whole stage of primary school.Morality and Rule of Law is the textbook for cultivating children’s awareness of rules,and the unified edition of the textbook Morality and Rule of Law compiled by the Ministry of Education for primary schools has undergone great changes in the writing idea and style of rule consciousness education.This paper analyzes this edition of textbook,and the findings are as follows:the education of rule consciousness in the textbooks centers on the aspects of safety,discipline,order,environmental protection,law;centering on student life,this textbook has the following characteristics:focusing on children’s learning activities,from children’s perspective,highlighting children’s interest,elaborate use of white space,and so on;according to the theme presentation and characteristics of the educational content of the rule awareness in the textbook,the teaching implementation paths are given,such as clarifying the content of the textbook,textbooks for every class ensured,digging up life resources,and constructing the cooperative education mechanism of home,school and society.
