摘  要:新时代民族地区高校学生综合素质教育主要存在顶层高度重视、但执行逐层衰减,方案力求全面、但忽视个性培养,重视传授知识、但忽略能力培养,教师竭尽全力、但收效难成正比,学生兴趣高涨、但期望难以满足等问题。应采取转变人才培养观念、树立综合素质教育理念,修订人才培养方案、建立科学合理课程体系,提升教师能力水平、全面培养学生综合素质,营造素质教育氛围、拓宽综合素质教育渠道,优化人才培养模式、建立多元考查考核机制等对策,方能全面提高民族地区高校学生的综合素质。In the new era,there are some problems in the comprehensive quality education of college and university students in ethnic areas.For instance,the top management attaches great importance to it,but the implementation effect reduces along many executive layers;the scheme can be comprehensive but falls short of the encouragement of individuality;imparting knowledge has been stressed but ability cultivation has been neglected;teachers hard work hasn't brought notable fruits;students'interest are aroused but their expectations are let down.Measures should be taken in reforming notions in talent cultivation,establishing the concept of comprehensive quality education;revising talent cultivation design;building a scientific curriculum system;improving teaching abilities;cultivating students'comprehensive qualities;creating a favorable atmosphere for quality education;expanding channels for quality education;optimizing talent training modes;and constructing a diversified assessment system,so that the comprehensive quality of college students in ethnic areas can be improved in an all-around manner.
