摘　　要：工程伦理教育是国家治理体系与治理能力现代化建设中对于工程问题进行德治的有效途径。工程伦理作为西华大学理工科研究生开设的一门学位基础课,并被列为示范课程建设。课程团队立足工程伦理示范课建设目标,分别从师资队伍建设、教学内容构思、教学模式创新、考核评价方式改革、教学资源库建设等方面阐述示范课程的建设思路与途径。通过示范课程的建设和实践,带动更多的工程课程教学发挥出对学生工程伦理意识培养的隐性教育作用,提升课程育人效果。Engineering ethics education is an effective way to govern engineering problems by virtue in the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.Engineering ethics is listed as a basic course for graduate students of science and Engineering in Xihua University,and as a model course.Based on the construction goal of engineering ethics demonstration course,the course team elaborates the construction ideas and approaches of the demonstration course from the aspects of teacher team construction,teaching content conception,teaching mode innovation,evaluation method reform,teaching resource database construction,etc.Through the construction and practice of demonstration courses,more engineering course teaching will be promoted,which will play a recessive educational role in the cultivation of students'engineering ethics consciousness and enhance the effect of curriculum education.
