摘 要:目的调查护士产后返岗工作场所母乳喂养支持、工作家庭冲突和工作满意度现状,分析工作场所母乳喂养支持的影响因素,探讨工作场所母乳喂养支持、工作家庭冲突、工作满意度的相关性。方法采用便利抽样法选取郑州市某三甲医院174例产后返岗的护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、母乳喂养支持的员工感知问卷、工作家庭冲突量表、工作满意度量表进行问卷调查。结果产后返岗护士工作场所母乳喂养支持得分为(69.16±18.70)分,工作家庭冲突得分为(58.94±15.14)分,工作满意度总分为(94.78±19.87)分;一般人口学特征中不同年龄、分娩方式、月家庭人均收入、聘用类型、职务的护士其工作场所母乳喂养支持得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);工作场所母乳喂养支持与工作家庭冲突、工作满意度呈负相关关系(P<0.001);工作满意度中的管理因子和工资及福利因子2个维度、职务是产后返岗护士工作场所母乳喂养支持的主要预测变量(R 2=0.511)。结论医院管理者应采取积极措施,提高产后返岗护士工作场所母乳喂养支持水平,减少其工作家庭冲突,提高工作满意度。Objective To investigate the status of workplace breastfeeding support,work-family conflict and job satisfaction among nurses returning to work in the postpartum,analyze the influencing factors of workplace breastfeeding support,and explore the correlation between the workplace breastfeeding support,work-family conflict,and job satisfaction.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select 174 nurses who returned to work in the postpartum in a top three hospital in Zhengzhou as the research object.The questionnaire survey was conducted using a general data questionnaire,a breastfeeding supported employee perception questionnaire,a work-family conflict scale,and a job satisfaction scale.Results Workplace breastfeeding support score of nurses returning to work in the postpartum was(69.16±18.70),the work-family conflict score was(58.94±15.14),and the job satisfaction score was(94.78±19.87).Among the general demographic characteristics,there were differences in their workplace breastfeeding support scores among nurses with different age,childbirth,monthly family per capita income,type of employment and job position(P<0.05).Workplace breastfeeding support,work-family conflict and job satisfaction was negative correlation(P<0.001).Management factor,wage and welfare factor,and job position in job satisfaction were the main predictors of breastfeeding support in the workplace of the returning nurses(R 2=0.511).Conclusion Hospital managers should take positive measures to improve the level of support for the workplace breastfeeding of nurses who return to work in the postpartum,reduce their work-family conflicts,and increase job satisfaction.
