摘 要:目的:研究思维导图结合将问题作为导向的学习方法(PBL)在肾内科临床见习带教中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年10月-2020年10月见习医生32名,随机分为两组,各16名。对照组采用常规教学;研究组采用思维导图结合PBL进行教学。比较两组见习医生在教学当中的理论成绩、实际操作成绩及导师对教学方式的满意度。结果:研究组见习医生实际操作成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组见习医生在诊断、病因鉴别、发病机制、治疗知识等方面的成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组导师对教学方法的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肾内科临床见习带教的过程中,通过思维导图结合PBL的方法进行教学能有效提高见习医生的学习效果,应在实际的肾内科临床见习带教工作中积极应用。Objective:To study the application value of mind mapping combined with PBL in clinical apprenticeship teaching in department of Nephrology.Methods:From October 2019 to October 2020,32 trainees were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 16 cases in each group.The control group used routine teaching.The research group used mind mapping combined with PBL.The theoretical and practical achievements of the two groups of trainee doctors and the tutors'satisfaction with the teaching methods were compared between the two groups.Results:The actual operation performance of trainees in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of interns in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group in diagnosis,etiological differentiation,pathogenesis and treatment knowledge,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The tutor's satisfaction with the teaching method in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of clinical apprenticeship teaching in nephrology,the method of mind mapping combined with PBL can effectively improve the learning effect of trainees,and should be actively applied in the actual clinical apprenticeship teaching in nephrology.
