双高建设背景下师资国际化的现实审视与推进策略

摘　　要：当前,师资队伍的国际化建设存在着工作归属不清晰、师资队伍构成较单一、教师国际化意识淡薄等问题。“双高”计划为师资队伍国际化提供了历史机遇,也提出了更高的要求。在“双高”建设背景下,高职院校应以本土师资的国际化和吸纳海外优质师资力量为路径,政、企、校合力协同推进师资国际化建设,完善国际化师资队伍建设的考核评价体系,提高师资队伍国际化程度。At present,some problems exist in the internationalization of teaching staff,such as unclear work attribution,monotonous teaching staff,and weak consciousness of internationalization.The"double high"plan provides a historical opportunity for the internationalization of teaching staff,and also puts forward higher requirements.Under the background of"double high"construction,higher vocational colleges should take the internationalization of local teachers and the absorption of overseas high-quality teachers as the path,cooperate with government and enterprises to promote the internationalization of teachers,improve the evaluation systems,and thus enhance the internationalization of the teaching staff.
