摘 要:目的采用顶空-固相微萃取法(HS-SPME)分析广东刺芫荽挥发性成分。方法采用HS-SPME和气质联用对广东刺芫荽挥发性成分进行分析。通过单因素试验对萃取头种类、平衡温度、平衡时间、萃取时间进行考察,确定最佳固相微萃取条件,面积归一法确定每种成分相对含量。结果最终确定最佳条件为使用聚二甲基硅氧烷萃取头,装样量0.5 g,在170℃下平衡30 min,萃取30 min,解吸附时间3 min。全刺芫荽粉末出峰60个,鉴定了其中55个成分。结论成功采用顶空-固相微萃取法分析广东刺芫荽挥发性成分。Objective To analyze the volatile components of Guangdong Eryngium foetidum L.by headspace-solid-phase microextraction-gas chomatogragh-mass spectrometer(HS-SPME).Methods The volatile components of Guangdong Eryngium foetidum L.were analyzed by HS-SPME and Gas shomatogragh-mass spectrometer.The type of extraction head,equilibrium temperature,equilibrium time and extraction time were investigated by single factor experiments to determine the best conditions of SPME,and the relative content of each component was determined by area normalization method.Results Finally,the optimal conditions were determined as follows:polydimethylsiloxane extraction head,sample volume of 0.5 g,equilibrium at 170℃for 30 minutes,extraction for 30 minutes,and desorption time for three minutes.Sixty samples of coriander powder were isolated and 55 of them were identified.Conclusion The headspace-solid-phase microextraction method was successfully used to analyze the volatile components of Guangdong Eryngium foetidum L..
