摘 要:目的了解2016-2019年眉山市食源性疾病流行病学特征,为当地制定有针对性的防控措施提供科学依据。方法通过"食源性疾病监测报告系统"收集2016-2019年眉山市网报数据,对眉山市食源性疾病监测数据进行流行病学特征分析,以构成比进行统计描述。结果 2016-2019年眉山市共上报食源性疾病病例6 662例,每年以三、四季度报告病例数最多,分别占总病例数的33.11%和35.17%。小于3岁人群病例所占比例最高(20.08%);其次是大于65岁人群(14.97%),第3位是25~35岁人群(11.60%)。职业分布中,农民所占比例最高(43.10%),其次是散居儿童和学生(21.06%和10.21%)。可疑暴露食品最高的是肉与肉制品(24.68%),其次是水果类及其制品(20.22%);进食场所主要为家庭(83.29%),其次是餐饮服务单位(11.84%)。结论眉山市食源性疾病病例主要集中在夏秋季节,感染的重点人群主要为农民和散居儿童,可疑暴露食品主要为肉与肉制品和水果类及其制品;进食场所主要是家庭。Objective To understand epidemiological characteristics of foodborne diseases in Meishan city from 2016 to 2019 so as to provide scientific basis for formulating targeted prevention and control measures. Methods Data of foodborne diseases were collected through the "Foodborne Disease Monitoring and Reporting System" in Meishan city from 2016 to 2019. Epidemiological characteristics of monitoring data were statistically analyzed. Results From 2016 to 2019,a total of6 662 cases of foodborne diseases were reported in Meishan city. Notably, the largest number of cases were reported in the third and fourth quarters in each year, accounting for 33.11% and35.17% of the total cases, respectively. In terms of the age of cases, most cases(20.08%) were aged less than 3 years old,followed by those aged over 65 years(14.97%) and aged 25-35 years(11.60%). As for the occupational distribution, farmers accounted for the highest proportion(43.10%), followed by dispersed children(21.06%) and students(10.21%). Meat and meat products(24.68%) were the highest suspected food exposure, followed by fruits and fruit products(20.22%). Eating places are mainly in families(83.29%),followed by catering service units(11.84%). Conclusion Foodborne disease cases are mainly concentrated in the summer and autumn in Meishan city. The main infected population is mainly farmers and scattered children. The suspected exposed food is mainly meat and meat products and fruits and their products. Eating place is mainly in the family.
