摘 要:基于格子玻尔兹曼方法,使用PowerFLOW软件,选取DrivAer标准汽车模型,研究旋转车轮整车气动特性。对比分析了移动坐标参考系、旋转壁面和滑移网格3种旋转方法的优缺点;在此基础上运用复合旋转方法研究不同背部造型旋转车轮整车气动特性并验证其准确性。研究结果表明:复合旋转方法SMRW与实验值相比误差为1.23%,计算效率相对于滑移网格提高15%;车轮旋转时3种背部模型在各风速下阻力系数均降低;车轮旋转时3种背部模型的前轮和车身阻力减小,后轮阻力增加,整车减阻比例分别为5.9%、5.9%、9.7%;旋转车轮主要影响车轮周围流场、车身底部流场以及车尾分离区。The PowerFLOW software and DrivAer model are used to study the aerodynamic characteristics of the rotating wheel vehicle.First,the advantages and disadvantages of the three rotation methods of moving reference frame,rotating wall and sliding mesh are compared and analyzed;on this basis,the aerodynamic characteristics of the vehicle with different back shape rotating wheels are studied by using the composite rotation method,and its accuracy is verified by comparison with the experimental results.The research results show that:the error of SMRW method is 1.23%compared with the experimental value,and the calculation efficiency is increased by 15%relative to the sliding mesh method;the drag coefficients of the three back modeling models at each speed are reduced when the wheel rotates;the drag of the front wheels and the body of the three back modeling models are reduced,and the drag of the rear wheels is increased,and the drag reduction ratio of the whole vehicle is 5.9%,5.9%,9.7%when the wheel rotates;the rotating wheel mainly affects the flow field around the wheel,the flow field at the bottom of the car body,and the rear separation area.
