摘　　要：目前的英语教学存在以背诵为学习英语的主要途径、以“应试”为主要教学目的、没有充分关注学生的不同特点和个体差异等情况。对此,教师在英语教学中要积极更新教学理念,优化教学方法,通过设计课堂导入、组织比赛活动、开展游戏激发学生的英语学习兴趣,提高英语课堂教学效率。At present,recitation is the main way to learn English,exam oriented is the main teaching purpose,and students'different characteristics and individual differences are not paid enough attention to in English teaching.Therefore,in English teaching,teachers should actively update teaching ideas,optimize teaching methods,and stimulate students'interest in English learning by designing classroom introduction,organizing competition activities and carrying out games,so as to improve the efficiency of English classroom teaching.
