摘  要:中小学教师自主选学培训是新时代我国教师队伍建设的重要举措,对于丰富教师培训形式、激发教师参与培训的内在动机和提高培训成效具有积极的意义。针对传统培训的弊端,自主选学培训可以推动教师教育供给侧改革、解决教师培训的共性需求与个性需求之间的矛盾,促进教师的自主发展。“双轮驱动”的教师培训模式分别对供给侧和需求侧的关键要素进行设计,建立起内在的联动机制,体现了自主选学培训的基本理念和要求,是在新的社会条件下有效开展教师培训可资借鉴的工作模型。The self-selected training of primary and secondary school teachers is an important measure for the construction of our teaching staff in the new era,which is of positive significance for enriching the forms of teacher training,and stimulating the internal motivation of teachers to participate in the training and improving the effectiveness of training.In view of the drawbacks of traditional training,the self-selected training can promote the reform of the supply side of teacher education,solve the contradiction between common demand and individual demand of teacher training,and promote the self-development of teachers.The“two-wheel drive”teacher training model designs the key elements of the supply side and the demand side respectively,establishes the internal linkage mechanism,and embodies the basic idea and requirement of self-selected training,it is a useful working model to carry out teacher training effectively under the new social conditions.
