摘　　要：文章围绕目前综合性师范类高校舞蹈专业人才培养面临的"重技能,轻文化素养"和"教学文化传承固化"的困境,提出运用革新教学理念和教学手段,转变教学文化传承思维,提升舞蹈文化素养的策略。文章通过分析胶州秧歌的课堂教学案例,探索舞蹈文化素养提升的破解路径,使民间舞课堂教学凸显民间文化的重要地位,进而为实现师范类高校舞蹈专业师资人才的培养目标提供有益参照。Facing the dilemma of "emphasizing skills,neglecting cultural literacy"and "rigidifying the inheritance of teaching culture"in the current talent cultivation of dance major in the comprehensive normal universities,this paper proposes to use innovative teaching concepts and methods to deepen the inheritance mindset of teaching culture and improve the cultural literacy of dance major students. Through the case study of Jiaozhou Yangko classroom teaching,it explores solutions to improve the cultural literacy,so as to highlight the importance of folk culture for folk dance classroom teaching,and further provide useful references for realizing the objectives of cultivating dance teachers in normal universities.
