摘  要:采用个案研究法,选取G省Z市D老师作为研究对象,通过深度访谈,剖析特殊教育学校教师职前职后专业一体化发展历程,并探讨其发展路径。研究发现,特殊教育学校教师应形成职前职后专业一体化发展的路径;专业态度发展不仅需要积累实践经验和调整工作状态,还要树立自我专业发展意识并付诸行动;专业知识、技能发展需要进行系统的职前培养和职后培训,以及职后学历提升、开展教育研究活动和师徒培养模式下的公开课和赛课活动等。This paper adopts the case study method and selects teacher D from Z city,G province,as the research object.Through in-depth interviews,this paper analyzes the process of the pre-serviceand on-the-jobprofessional integration development of teachers in special education schools and discussesits development path.It finds that teachers in special education schools should form the path of pre-serviceand on-the-jobprofessional integration development;the development of professional attitude requires not only the accumulation of practical experience and the adjustment of working status,but also the establishment of self-professional development consciousness and action;the development of professional knowledge and skills requires systematic pre-service training and on-the-job training,as well as on-the-job education promotion,educational research activities,and open classes and competition classes under the mentoring training mode,and so on.
