摘  要:师范类院校在坚持“师范为本”的办学定位的前提下,要挖掘课程体系中的“思政元素”,创新教学模式,将师范生的师德师风教育、社会主义核心价值观教育融入大学生职业生涯规划课程体系当中。发挥师范生的主观能动性,积极引导其不仅要提升教书育人本领,还要落实立德树人的根本任务,牢记为党育人、为国育才使命,才能在走上教师岗位后切实担负起培养社会主义建设者和接班人的重任。Normal colleges have an extremely important mission in the process of talent training.Adhering to the fundamental orientation of teacher training,it's necessary to dig out the“ideological and political elements”in the curriculum system,innovate the teaching mode,and integrate the education of professional ethics and socialist core values into college career planning curriculum.It's also important to activate the initiative of normal college students and actively guide them not only to hone their teaching skills,but also to implement the fundamental task of fostering integrity and promoting rounded development of people,keeping in mind the mission of educating people for the party and the country.Only then can they shoulder the responsibility of training participants and successors to the socialist cause after they take up the post of teachers.
