终身教育视角下提升女性人力资本的策略研究

摘　　要：随着现代社会科技和文明不断发展,人力投资所带来的经济增长效益不断受到人们的重视,这其中女性人力资本的贡献越来越大,促进女性人力资本投资已成为社会发展的重要内容。通过对人力资本理论进行分析,研究了女性人力资本的效用价值,分析了我国女性人力资本现状及开发的不足,结合终身教育思想,为女性人力资本的充分开发提供了建议和支持。重视女性人力资本价值,对充分发挥女性人力资本的价值,实现我国全面可持续发展具有不可替代的作用和意义。With the continuous development of science and technology in modern society,the economic growth benefits brought by human investment have been continuously valued by people.The article analyzes the human capital theory,studies the utility value of female human capital,the current status of female human capital in our country and the lack of development.On the basis of lifelong education thoughts,this paper provides suggestions and support for the full development of female human capital.Attaching importance to the value of female human capital will give full play to female human capital and be significant to the overall sustainable development of our country.
