摘 要:乡村教育是乡村振兴的重要战略支撑,是教育建设的重要奠基工程,西部农村教育是乡村教育发展的薄弱环节。基于DEA-Malmquist评价模型,建立以"投入、产出"为一级指标的评价指标框架,对2014~2019年中国西部12个省份的农村义务教育服务水平进行测度分析。结果发现:西部12省的综合效率和规模效率整体偏低,并且不同省份的农村义务教育服务水平有一定差异,总体上呈波动态势。政府和学校两大主体应改善提高义务教育服务水平的相关政策和措施,以进一步推动西部农村义务教育高质量发展。Rural education is an important strategic support for rural revitalization and an important foundational project for education construction.Rural education in the west is a weak link in the development of rural education.Based on the DEA-Malmquist evaluation model,an evaluation index framework with"input and output"as the primary index is established to measure and analyze the level of rural compulsory education services in 12 provinces in western China from 2014 to 2019.The result found that the overall efficiency and scale efficiency of the 12 western provinces are relatively low,but there are certain differences in the level of rural compulsory education services in different provinces.From the perspective of dynamic evaluation,the overall quality of rural compulsory education shows a dynamic trend,but there is still room for improvement.Accordingly,the two main bodies of the government and schools should improve the relevant policies to improve the service level of compulsory education in order to further promote the high-quality development of compulsory education in western rural areas.
