摘  要:基于提速客车转向架构架实测载荷时域历程,应用雨流计数方法编制构架载荷系分立载荷谱。依据损伤等效原则,通过载荷谱等效、载荷频次压缩和圆整,编制适合构架试验载荷谱的载荷系恒幅载荷谱。采用构架载荷系实测时域历程和Pearson相关性分析法,计算各载荷系之间的相关系数并适当简化,给出适合构架试验载荷谱编制的载荷系简化相关系数。结合各载荷系恒幅载荷谱和简化相关系数,构造载荷谱相位矩阵,建立构架试验载荷谱。本研究建立的构架试验载荷谱预测的构架损伤情况与构架实测载荷时域历程预测结果相吻合,适合于构架运用可靠性定量考核,试验载荷谱编制方法简洁、清晰,编谱和加载均易于实现。Based on the measured load-time history of bogie frame in a passenger car,a discrete load spectrum was firstly established for the elementary load series by using rain flow counting method.According to the principle of damage consistency,the load amplitude and frequency for the elementary load series were determined through load spectrum equivalence,frequency compression and rounding.The measured time history of the load series and the Pearson correlation analysis method were used to calculate the correlation coefficients between the various load series and simplify them appropriately.The simplified correlation coefficients of the load series suitable for the compilation of the frame test load spectrum were given.The phase matrix of the elementary load series was then constructed,followed by the establishment of the test load spectrum suitable for reliability assessment of bogie frame.The damage prediction results from the test load spectrum compiled in this study are in good agreement with those from the measured load-time history in service.The proposed compiling method is simple,clear and easy to realize in a bench test,and the established test load spectrum is suitable for the quantitative assessment of the operational reliability of bogie frame.
