摘　　要：目的探讨以雨课堂为基础的混合式教学在消化内科临床实习教学中的效果。方法选取2019年期间在消化内科实习的本校2015级临床本科学员作为观察对象,其中新教学模式组(41人)实施基于雨课堂的混合式教学法,传统教学模式组(30人)则采用传统的教学模式。出科时对两组学生进行理论考试和技能操作考核,对两组学生的综合成绩进行对比,并采用问卷调查方法评估两组学员对教学方法的满意度。结果出科时新教学模式组的综合成绩均显著高于传统教学模式组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。问卷调查结果显示,新教学模式组学员对教学模式满意度明显高于传统教学模式组(P<0.05)。结论在消化内科临床实习教学中实施以雨课堂为基础的混合式教学,整体教学质量明显优于传统教学方法。Objective To explore the effect of application of hybrid teaching based on"rain class"in clinical practice teaching of digestive medicine.Methods The clinical undergraduate students in grade 2015 of our university who were practicing in digestive medicine in 2019 were selected as the subjects of observation.The experimental group(41 students)implemented the hybrid teaching based on"rain class",while the control group(30 students)adopted the conventional teaching mode.At the time of graduation,the two groups of students were tested in theory and skill operation.The comprehensive scores of the two groups were compared,and the teaching satisfaction of the two groups was assessed by questionnaire.Results The average theoretical and skill test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.001).The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the students in the experimental group were more satisfied with the teaching mode than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall teaching effect of hybrid teaching based on"rain class"in clinical practice teaching of digestive medicine was obviously better than that of traditional teaching method,which can significantly improve the teaching quality of interns of clinical standardization training students in digestive medicine.
