摘 要:目的分析生理学期末考试试卷,指导今后的考试和教学工作。方法以哈尔滨医科大学近三年生理学期末考试成绩和学生试卷为研究对象,评估生理学期末考试的成绩数据和试卷质量,分析试题内容和学生作答情况中存在的问题。结果近三年考试成绩数据稳定,学生整体成绩有提高趋势。试卷信度、难度、区分度均符合命题要求,但选择题的区分度略低。试题质量较高且学生作答情况较好,存在少数命题不够新颖,学生考试能力弱,知识点混淆的情况。结论近三年生理学考试学生成绩优秀,试卷质量较高,在今后的命题工作中可适当提升难度和区分度,注重灵活命题。在教学工作中应坚持增强教学效果、改革教学模式、完善评价体系,注重重要知识点的讲授,进一步提升教学质量。Objective To analyze the final examination papers of physiology and guide future examinations and teaching.Methods Taking the final examination score materials and students’examination papers of Harbin Medical University physiology as the research objects,evaluate the score data and examination paper quality of the physiology final examination,analyze the content of the examination and the problems existing in the students’answers.Results The examination score data has been stable in the past three years,and the overall performance of students has a trend of improvement.The reliability,difficulty and discrimination of the examination paper all meet the proposition requirements,but the discrimination of multiple choice questions is slightly lower.The quality of the examination questions is high and the students’answers are good.There are a few cases where the propositions are not novel enough,the students have weak examination ability,and the knowledge points are confused.Conclusion In the physiology examinations of the past three years,students have excellent results and examination papers are high quality.In the future examinations,the difficulty and distinction can be appropriately improved,and flexibility should be emphasized.In teaching,we should insist on enhancing teaching quality,reforming teaching mode,perfecting the evaluation system,focusing on the teaching of important knowledge points,and further improving teaching quality.
