摘 要:目的研究COVID-19疫情期间采用SPOC+班级虚拟共同体+TfU在儿科学在线教学的实践。方法选取2017级预防医学专业107人为研究对象,以儿科学课程在线教学为依托,分为对照组53人、实验组54人。对照组采用播放录播课程模式,进行课后讨论及答疑等形式;实验组采用SPOC+班级虚拟共同体之教学模式进行效果验证;上述两组学生采用TfU模式并通过在线教学过程指标、教学满意度调查问卷测评教学结果。结果在线教学过程指标的量化分析及在线教学效果实验组评分高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组对教学满意程度较高(P<0.05)。结论儿科学课程在线教学中采用SPOC+班级虚拟共同体+TfU模式有利于提升学生对在线教学的认知与满意度,为丰富在线教学模式提供依据。Objective To explore the application of online teaching of SPOC class virtual community and TfU in Pediatrics course during the period of COVID-19.Methods 107 preventive medicine majors of grade 2017 were selected as the research object,based on the online teaching of pediatrics course,which was divided into 53 control group and 54 experimental group.In the control group,the course mode was played and recorded,and the after-class discussion and question and answer were conducted.The experimental group were used the SPOC class virtual community teaching model to verify the teaching effect.Both groups adopted TfU model and evaluated the teaching results through online teaching index and teaching satisfaction questionnaire.Results In quantitative analysis of online teaching process index and online teaching effect,the score of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction degree of teaching effect in experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The virtual community of SPOC class and TfU model is helpful to improve students’cognition and satisfaction of online teaching effect and to enrich online teaching mode.
