摘  要:人才是创新驱动的原动力,也是保障民营企业高质量发展的根基。在推动民营企业高质量发展的背景下,如何引才用才是人才生态环境的基本构成要素。青岛市民营企业应从政策、经济、文化、产业环境、激励机制等方面优化人才生态环境。Talent is the driving force of innovation,and also the foundation to ensure the high-quality development of private enterprises.In the context of promoting the high-quality development of private enterprises,this paper analyzes the composition and characteristics of the talent ecological environment from the perspective of the private enterprises′problems of attracting and using talents.Taking private enterprises in Qingdao as an example,this paper explores the talent construction policies and effects,analyzes the performance of talent ecological environment of private enterprises from the aspects of policy,economy,culture,nature,industrial environment and incentive mechanism,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the talent ecological environment.
