基于语料库的高中英语教材词汇分析--以人教版教材词汇MAKE为例

摘  要:借助语料库的方法,探讨高频词MAKE词汇深度在人教版高中英语教材(2007版)中的呈现特征,包括语法结构、词汇搭配和动词短语特征,结果发现MAKE的六种语法结构及其搭配类型在教材中的分布很不均衡。此外,“MAKE+NP”结构中搭配词的语义也表现出多样性。今后高中英语教材高频词汇的编写要提高高频词的复现率。This paper reports a corpus investigation of the depth of vocabulary knowledge of the frequently-used verb MAKE in Chinese senior EFL textbooks,including its grammar patterns,the features of its collocations,and the features of its verbal phrases.The results show that the distribution of six grammar patterns of MAKE and its collocation types is greatly unbalanced.Also,the semantic meaning of collocates in“MAKE+NP”shows variety.Motivated by the experiment results,the author finally proposes some suggestions for compiling high frequency vocabulary in senior high school EFL textbooks in the future.
