摘　　要：基于"标准为尺、学情为基,项目载体、任务驱动,劳动教育、激发热情,过程评价、教学相长"的原则,对高职"食品加工机械与设备"进行整体教学设计,包括课程三维教学目标、课程项目和课程考核,并对课程教学实施提出提前调查学情、设计任务工单、线上线下分享、及时反思诊改的建议。Based on the principles of standard as the ruler,learning situation as the basis,project carrier,task driven,labor education to stimulate enthusiasm,process evaluation and mutual benefit of teaching and learning,the overall teaching design of"Food Processing Machinery and Equipment"in higher vocational colleges is carried out,including three-dimensional teaching objectives,curriculum projects and curriculum assessment.It also puts forward suggestions for the implementation of curriculum teaching,including early investigation,design tasks,online and offline sharing,and timely reflection.
