摘 要:大学的逻辑可以理解为通过从教师管理体制改革出发,推动形成一个良好的治理结构,从而保证大学理念的实现。大学理念常辩常新,但一直保留着知识传授和知识创造的功能。教师队伍的好坏很可能直接决定一所大学的发展。教师是知识的传授者和创造者,也是大学治理中的有机组成部分,所以以教师的管理体制改革为起点,分别从教师的选拔与激励两个方面的改革入手,推动整个大学的改革及其发展,以期实现大学的理念。The logic of university can be understood as starting from the reform of teacher management system,promoting the formation of a good governance structure so as to ensure the realization of university philosophy.The idea of a university is always new,but it retains the function of imparting knowledge and creating knowledge.The quality of the faculty is likely to directly determine the development of a university.Teachers are the imitators and creators of knowledge,as well as an organic part of university governance.Therefore,starting from the reform of the management system of teachers,this paper,starting from the reform of the selection and incentive of teachers,aims to promote the reform and development of the whole university in order to realize the concept of university.
