摘 要:大学是培育少数民族学生国家认同的重要场域,但其影响少数民族学生国家认同的因果机制尚不清楚。以学校生活满意度和多元文化理念为中介变量,通过多重中介效应模型考察大学场域对少数民族学生国家认同的作用机制。结果表明:(1)大学是少数民族学生国家认同建构的重要场域,利益诉求的满足、学校场域中的公共空间资源的参与、校园生活中的人际接触与互动的积极性体验是促进国家认同的重要现实基础;(2)大学场域各环境要素并不能直接影响国家认同,而是需要通过学校生活满意度和多元文化理念间接影响国家认同;(3)大学场域对国家认同的主要贡献来自学校场域中的日常学习生活及其积极性体验,多元文化理念是大学场域促进少数民族学生国家认同实现的关键要素。大学场域主要通过影响生活满意度进而影响多元文化态度,从而最终影响少数民族的国家认同。在多元互动中实现文化融合与共生是促进少数民族学生国家认同实现的重要途径。The universities are important fields to cultivate national identity,but the causal mechanism of how universities affect the final results of national identity among ethnic minority students is still unclear. This paper studies the dynamic process of the university field, individual characteristics and national identity of ethnic minority students through establishing a mediation model with the satisfaction of campus life and multiculturalism as the intermediary variables. The results show that:(1) The university is an important field for the formation of national identity among minority students. Affirmative actions promoting minority students. interests, minority students. participation in public space in the university, and positive experiences of interpersonal contact and interaction in campus life are the important realistic basis for promoting their national identity;(2) National identity can. t be affected directly by the environmental factors in the university, but can be affected indirectly through their satisfaction with campus life and multiculturalism;(3) National identity comes from the daily campus life and the positive experience in the university field. Multiculturalism, the key element in the university field to promote the realization of minority students. national identity, can be achieved through promoting minority students. life satisfaction.Therefore, cultural integration and symbiosis are important means to minority students. national identity formation.
