虚拟仿真技术在经络腧穴学教学中的应用

摘　　要：经络腧穴学是针灸临床应用的重点基础学科,但是传统的二维理论教学和人体实训教学并不能取得理想的教学效果。北京中医药大学经络腧穴教学团队在杨甲三等前辈丰富教学经验的基础上,不断传承创新,借助虚拟仿真技术的三维立体优势辅助针灸教学,三维呈现腧穴定位和解剖结构,模拟针刺操作过程,全面动态演示经脉循行,将人体实训与虚拟教学相结合,强化线上和线下混合的教学模式,以提升教学效果,减少教学成本,推动教学模式的改革。Meridians and acupoints is a key basic subject in clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion,but the traditional teaching and human body training can’t achieve ideal teaching effect.The teaching team of Beijing university of Chinese medicine,based on the rich teaching experience of the elder generation Yang Jiasan,three-dimensionally presents acupoints and anatomical structure,acupuncture operation process,comprehensive dynamic demonstration of the meridians with the help of virtual reality technology.Combining human training and virtual teaching,strengthening the online and offline combination of teaching mode will enhance the teaching effect,reduce the teaching cost and promote the reform of teaching mode.
